● Open to all Pantawid beneficiaries (14-16 years old) under an active household.
Preferably, only one contestant per Province. Provincial-level contest is also
encouraged.

Mechanics:

1. Theme:​ "Mga Kwentong Tagumpay tungo sa Masaganang Pagbabago" - Positive

changes brought about by the program to the “photo-subject/s”.
2. Any smartphone
3. Entry Guidelines
o Must be in full color
o Should have been taken only within the designated area during the
allotted time
o Should have no watermark
o Should not be digitally enhanced or altered (e.g. sepia, special effects,
High Dynamic Range), Cropping, contrast, and sharpness adjustment are
the only modifications allowed.
o The image should be in landscape format
o The image must include "photo title" and "photo caption". The caption
must indicate the place where the image was taken, and must have an
accurate description of what the photo is about

Subject matter pictured in a unique way or shown from an interesting

Deadline ​for documentary requirements, and the name of the child (with 2 additional
pax, preferably a family member) is on ​November 5, 2018, 12:00 pm ​at
sum.fo3@e-dswd.net cc: abrdscastaneda@dswd.gov.ph. The documentary requirement
includes:

- birth certificate
- certificate of enrollment
- certificate of compliance from CV focal and C/ML
-photos of family and their activities
