We recognize the efforts given by the following ASEAN countries - Thailand, Vietnam, Laos,

encompassing the validity and relevance of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia

We acknowledge the commitment of service through seeking the expedite process for the
following infrastructures, housing settlement developments, and basic daily needs of the Marawi

We affirm the initiative to supply the opportunity of education for the victims of the Marawi
Siege, especially the children, through the creation of schools and the provision of trained manpower
to act as teachers that can teach the people, among other things, about how to use their resources to
create sustainable solutions for themselves.

We approve of the action to provide funds for the establishment of sustainable technology
that help in providing for the needs of the residents of Marawi.

We encourage the operation towards providing sufficient mental health and physical health
care for the rehabilitation of the siege-affected people of Marawi.
