In these kinds of matter, I will talk to her in a friendly manner and what I will be going to do first is ask
her and make sure that the workplace is not the issue here. If it is a personal problem, I will ask her first
if it is okay to discuss it with me so I can be able to help her with the problem that is affecting her work
experience. First, I will say that it is true, almost all jobs are boring and repetitive, and it truly feels like
you are just repeating everything you have done on a daily basis, but even though it is like that, you still
see people working even though they do the same thing every day, why? Because these people are
inspired and motivated, and everyone should stay that way. Inspiration and Motivation are two of the
most important characteristics that a person should have especially when working, these are also the
reason why many people keep working even though they are doing the same thing every day. If this is
the case, then I will tell her that she needs to find a purpose on why she is still working. For the job to
not feel boring or repetitive, all people should have the feeling of having a motivation and being
motivated at the same time. My advice is, do not rush things, make a plan so you can be able to do
something clearly step-by-step, and set a goal, everyone should have something that they want to
achieve no matter how small or big it is. Set your plans, make it your inspiration and be motivated about
shaping your future. Being motivated is what keeps us from doing anything. And most importantly for
the company, the company will do its part, patting employees in the back, making sure that employees
have the motivation they need in the workplace and in their life, and also leveling up the job experience
so it can be more satisfying for the employees to work so they will not get bored working. Lastly,
inspiring and motivating employees to work hard not just for the future of the company but for the
future of themselves as well.
