“My Teaching Philosophy”

As a teacher, I am an efficient and Competent educator driven by my goals and objectives. What makes
me efficient is that i am molded by my framework which leads my path in doing my job well done . And
in the end of the day , I strongly believe that every task is perfectly done . My goal is to have an excellent
collaborative with the student which gives them a new and effective learning in a classroom . My
objectives is for the student to be able to have a strong will and commitment in studying and learning
with ease .

For the students , I am sure that I will render enough knowledge and learnings that they deserve . I am
confident that my classroom is not just a hall for studying but also a place where every student would
feel so much fun . I am considerate teacher , but , I will make sure that the responsibilities will not be
taken away despite of the fun they are experiencing. I will encourage them in studying their respective
lessons with competency so that they will not be able to experience deficiency in learning .

By reaching my goals and objectives , I am always prepared with my skills in both traditional and 21st
century classroom . I will use traditional mode of learning when hindrances will the occur like electric
shortage. Print and visual aids are the primary use for learning and assessment. What makes me
prepared in 21st century classroom is that i will focus of what the students know and learning is
designed on upper levels. I also use PowerPoint presentations so that the students would feel
comfortable and have an easy way in learning . I will use media as a form of submitting and doing their
projects and performance tasks. In the end of the day , I am sure that the students will experience
memorable learning whether it is traditional or 21st century based approach .

21st century approach is to have a group collaboration with the respective classmates . It is to have a
great experience in dealing with other students so that what it makes the 21st century classroom is
efficient and easy way . I will guide them hand-in-hand in order for the student to understand clearly . I
am a teacher who's using real-life situation as a part of the lesson . I will use a collaborative way of
making their performance task in order for the students to have a good interaction with each other .
Also , I will give them paperworks individually so that they may driven to do the performance tasks not
just in a group but also for their selves. As an assessment , I will give them a research-based our real life
situation so that they will be able to put it in their minds and hearts of all the lessons they gained.

Having a collaborative and flexible approach in the classroom is not easy to handle with . Some students
would be overwhelmed in a way that they would forget their responsibilities to a student-teacher-
relationship. I am responsible for all of the students behavior so i will remind them everyday as long as i
could to their responsibilities . I will also set a boundary and guidelines as a reminder for them to
follow . Being a considerate teacher is not easy because sometimes it is abused by the students so I will
also put limitations of what they are doing in order to maintain the respectful way of the student-to-
teacher relationship . I am a teacher whose dealing an internal arrangement first with the addresses of
the student so that the problem is possibly addressed and fixed inside . I am aware that if the problem
can't be fixed internally , I will forward it to the disciplinary advocate or to whom it may concern so that

it will be addressed on a legal basis. believe that i am not just a teacher who gives learning to the
student , but , I am learning also of what I’ve encountered and witnessed from them . Day by day , I
understand that every students have different experiences before they will go to the school so I am
aware that by their experiences , I also gained skills and strategies on how to handle them .

I am confident that the students will love to learn in learning tool of the physical education subject by
my holistic and easy way approach . I am not just an educator but also I am an advocate of the students
because i believe that you can cherish the learnings not until you will love first the subject . I am sure
that every students would also love me and will give me a higher ratings . And if negative comments will
occur , I’ll accept it and advocate if as I hold my philosophy as an efficient and competent educator . This
will help and encourage me to pursue teaching . As a teacher I always believed that the best teacher is
experience .
