NOTIFICATION

Subject: Guidelines for Online Teaching due to COVID 19

It is notified for information of all concerned that in pursuance of the HED

Notification and HEC Policy Guidance Note, following guidelines shall be observed
from 26th November 2020 to 24th December, 2020:

• All classes will be held online via Zoom as per schedule

• All lab sessions will be held on campus as per schedule
• MS/MPhil/PhD research activities may continue on campus as per discretion of
the department
• Assignments, Quizzes and other sessional assessments will be held online while
midterm and final term exams will be held on campus as per the date-sheet by
the concerned department
• All the faculty members shall be on campus for teaching subject to adherence of
COVID-19 SOPs
• Remote area participants and those who have connectivity problems at home
because of lack of access to the internet may attend the classes from campus
(prior entry permission from the ORG should be sought through email)
• Hostels students will be allowed to stay in hostels subject to adherence of
COVID-19 SOPs
• Due to increase in COVID cases, you are advised to strictly follow the
guidelines and social distancing SOPs
• All sports/cultural/other events being held currently or scheduled to be held
shall stand cancelled
