• Within the four experiments which I had experimented with which was: cyanotypes, textiles, screen printing & marbling
• I enjoyed the marbling & cyanotype aspect of the work

• The design and symbol I want to base my final piece
off is the moon.
• This then links in with the theme of Islam which I
want to portray
• The main idea- to combine cyanotypes and
marbling to get a moon shape
Main idea
• Through the emphasis on the moon & combining marbling and cyanotypes together – the final piece would then
be laid out through an experimentation of photos hanging from the ceiling as a form of cyanotype & marbling but
in a way where I can then experiment with getting them hanged down in the shape of a moon to then reinforce
the aspect of religion into the picture.
4-week experimentational for
final major project
• I will be making a miniature version of the idea I have and then weigh up the pros
and cons of then taking this to a bigger scale and how this could realistically work
and the sources of materials which would need to succeed within this plan of the
final major project.
