 මෙවර මාගේ ගමන් මාර්ගය වූයේ Torino
සිට (මා ජීවත් වූ නගරය) Bologna වෙත
පැමිණ එතැන් සිට Florence දක්වාත්

The Trail පැමිණ ඉන්පසු Piza වෙත ඒමටයි. මෙය

දවස් දෙකක දිගු ගමණක් බැවින් Bologna
WRITTEN BY LEO PRASAD DE SILVA හා Florence සඳහා වෙනම ලිපියක්
ඉදිරියේදී ගෙන ඒමට කැමැත්තෙමි. මෙවර
The Trail සමඟින් අද මා පැමිණියේ
මාගේ චාරිකාවට ඉතා විශේෂ පුද්ගලයෙක්
ඉතාලියේ ඇති තවත් සුන්දරවූත්
එක් විය. ඇයව මට පලමු වරට
ඓතිහාසික වැදගත්කමක් ඇති ස්ථානයක්
මුණගැසෙන්නේද ඉතාලියේදීය. නමුත් ඇයද
වෙත මාගේ චාරිකාමය අත්දැකීම පාඨක
මාගේ විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයේම සමාන්තර වසර
ඔබ වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමයි. කවුරුන්හෝ
කලමනාකරණ උපාධි ආපේක්ෂිකාවක් විය.
ඉතාලියේ සංචාරය කරයි නම් පීසාහී
ඇය නමින් තරුෂි ජයනෙත්ති විය. මා ඇය
ඇලවෙන කුළුණ යනු නැරඹීම් ලයිස්තුවේ
මින් පෙර නොදැන සිටියේය. එහෙත් මව්බස
ඉහලින්ම ඇති ස්ථාන වලින් එකකි. ඒ
දන්නා කවුරුන් හෝ මුන ගැසීමම මට
මන්දයත් එය එතරම් විශ්මය දනවන
මෙන්ම ඇයටත් ඉමහත් අස්වැසිල්ලක් විය.
නිර්මාණයකි. මෙම ඇලවෙන කුළුණ පිහිටා
මෙය කෙතරම් අහම්බයක් වූවත් එය තව
තිබෙන්නේ මධ්‍යම ඉතාලියේ පීසා නැමැති
තවත් තිවෘ වන්නේ ඇය ලියෝවරියක් වීම
පාළාතේය. මෙය කි.ව 1173දි ගොඩනැගීම
නිසාය.
ආරම්භ කර ක්‍රි.ව 1372 සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම
නිමවා අවසන් කරන ලදි. මෙහි උස දැනට
ආසන්න වශයෙන් මීටර් 56කි. පීසා කුළුණ
දෙවස්ථානයක බෙල් කුළුණක් ලෙස To travel is
to live. 
නර්මාණය වූවක් වන අතර එහි
දේවස්තානය හා පිහිටි බලකොටුව
කියාපාන්නේ පැරණි ඉතාලි ජාතිකයන්ගේ
ප්‍රෞඩත්වයයි.

 වර්තමානයේ ඇය, මාද අයත් වන Leo A2
දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ අප සහෝදර ගොඩිගමුව
ලියෝ සමාජයේ සහය ලේකම් වරිය ලෙස
කටයුතු කරයි. දෛවය කෙතරම් පුදමද
යන්න විස්තර කිරීමට තවත් අටුවා ටීකා
අවශ්‍ය නැත. මෙම දීර්ග චාරිකාවේ පලමු
අදහස පැමිණෙන්නේ ඇයගෙනි. මා ඇය
එක්ව නවතැන් ගන්නා ස්ථානයේ සිට ගමන්
ගන්නා ආකාරය වැනි සියලු දේ සැලසුම් කර
ගමන් සඳහා මූලික අත්පොත් තබන ලදී.
මාගේ මතකය නිවැරදි නම් අප විසින්
ආසන වෙන්කොට තිබු Flix බසය තිබුනේ
පාන්දර 4.30ට පමණය. බස් නැවතුම වෙත
මිනිත්තු ගනනකට පෙර පැමිණ බස් රථය
එන තෙක් අපි නොවිමසිල්ලෙන්
බලාසිටියමු. ඉතාලියේ සියලු ගමන් මාර්ග
වේලාවටම වැඩ කරන බව අප විසින්
කල්තියාම දැන සිටියෙමු. බස් රථය ගාල්
කරනා ස්ථානයද මෙය වූ බැවින්, බස් රථය
නොමැති වීම මාහට වඩා තරුෂී හට
ගැටලුවක් විය. ඇය කනස්සල්ලෙන් මෙන්
මාහට නොයෙක් දෑ කියවන්නට විය.
අවසානයේ බස් රථය පැමිනෙන්නට වූයෙන්
සියලු ප්‍රශ්න නිම විය.

බස් රථයෙන් Bologna වෙත විත් එහි සියලු
දේ නරඹා එදිනම දහවල් අධිවේගී
දුම්‍රියෙන් Florence වෙත පැමිණියෙමු.
Florence යනු වෙනම මාතෘකාවකී. එහි
ගත කල කාල තුල එතරම් දෑ දැක්කෙමු,
වින්දෙමු!. දෙවන දවස උදෑසන වරුවද
Florence හී ගත කොට අද මාගේ කතා
නායකයා වූ පීසා හී ඇලවෙන කුළුණ බැලීම
සඳහා අප විසින් දුම්‍රියෙන්ම ගමන්
කලෙමු. පිසා වෙත අප පැමිණෙන විට
දහවල් 1ට වුවා පමණි.විදුම්‍රිය ස්ථානයේ
සිට කුළුණ දක්වා වූයේ කි.මි 3ටත් අඩු
ප්‍රමාණයක් නිසා අප දෙපයින්ම කුළුණ
දක්වා ගමන් කළෙමු

ඇවිදින දෙපස තිබූ දේ දැක අප ඉවසුම්
නැති විය. මෙය ගමක පොලක් වැනි
ස්වභාවක් ගත් අතර විකිණිමට ඇත්තේ
ආහාර පාන පමණි. නොයෙක් වර්ගයේ,
නොයෙක් පැහැයෙන්, නොයෙක්
ප්‍රමාණයෙන් චීස්, පාන්, බනිස් ආශ්‍රිත
ආහාර ඇති තරම් විය. දැනටම දහවල් වී
ඇති හෙයින් රාත්‍රී වීමට මත්තෙන් නිවෙස්
වලට යෑමට තිබූ නිසා අප ඉක්මන්
අඩියෙන් පීසා කුළුණ වෙත ගියෙමු.

ඉදිරියේ දිස්වූ ඇලවෙන කුළුණ දැක දෑස්
අදහා ගැනීමට නොහැකිව මාත් තරුශීත්
තුෂ්නිම්භූත වී බලා සිටියෙමු. පිසා කුළුණ
ඇසට එතරම් ව්ශ්මය දනවන දසුනක් විය.
තව තවත් අප විමතියට පත් වූයේ එහි
ඇති ආනතියයි. එහි ඇති විශාලත්වයත්
සමඟ එවන් ආනතියකින් එය කෙසේ
කුළුණක් ආකාරයෙන් පවතී දැයි මා දන්නා
භෞතික විද්‍යාවට නම් පැහැදිලියි කිරීමට
නොහැක. එය අප විසින් චායාරූප වලින්
දැක ඇති ප්‍රමාණයටත් වඩා වැඩි
ආනතියක්ය. දැනුම ඇත්තන්ගේ කීමට
අනුව නම් මෙම කුළුණ වසරකට
අඟලකින් 1/20ක් පමණ ප්‍රමාණයක්
ඇලවේ. තවද මෙය තවත් සියවස් ගානක්
මෙලෙස පවතින බව ඔවුන්ගේ මතයයි.
චායාරූපකරණයට ඉතා සුප්‍රසිද්ධ
ස්ථානයක් වූ පීස කුළුනෙහි මාත් තරුෂීත්
නොයෙක් ආකාරයෙන් චායා රූප ගැනීමට
අමතක නොකලෙමු. පීසා බෙල් කුලුන අසල
පිහිටා ඇති එහි දේවස්ථානයත් නොයෙක්
ආකාරයේ නිර්මාණ ශිල්පයයත් පිසා හි
වර්ණවත් බව තවත් වැඩි විය.

 කාලය සෙමින් ගමන් කලද නොදෙනුවත්වම සවස් යාමයද
ඇරඹී ඇත. නැවත Torino බලා යෑමට ආසන්න වශයෙන්
පැය 4.30ක් වත් යන බැවින් පිසා කුළුනට සමුදී අප නැවත
දම්‍රිය ස්ථානය බලා ගමන් ඇරඹුවෙමු. දුම්‍රියේ ජනේලය

to be Loved

Love, is a mysterious emotion which no universal explanation seem to

accurately define. The reason would be that the way one perceives love will
not be the same for another. Neither one of us would see or feel love the
same way, where what we feel or see as love is highly unlikely to be similar
to someone else's perception of love.
Whatever the case may be, each and every living being deserves to be
loved.
Strangely enough, knowingly or unknowingly all most all of us seem to
seek love and would appreciate being loved, at all times, if not it is what a
human being would ultimately need in life.

Love however will not only be about attachments, intimacy and adoration
whereas could extend further to compassion, kindness and empathy.

 The conventional wisdom has it
that this precious emotion what
we try to feel and attract at all
times, is mostly about the
actions and undertakings of
another which we ourselves have
limited control of. Which means,
being loved is how others make
us feel and not necessarily what
we make happen.
This however is not always true
as loving our ownselves and
valuing our own perception and
opinions are of course vital and
would make us feel good, happy
and loved. And also, the aura we
emnate towards the world
indeed would affect in what we
would receive in return.

Whatever the case may be, it is

undeniable that Love is reciprocal
where the more we spread love
towards the others or even at our
ownselves, the more contended we
can become.
It would be unfair to demand being
loved and cared where we seem not
to open our hearts and minds
towards the world. Sharing and
spreading kindness, empathy and
compassion instead of hatred and
antipathy would always have a
positive impact to our surroundings
and of course our ownselves as well.
Actions always speak louder than
words in fact a simple action would
worth a thousand words. Thus, simple
and genuine gestures of love and
empathy would not just make others
feel better but would also make us
feel loved too.
Thus,it would be fair to say that more
the love we spread to the world, more
loved we shall feel.

 Thoughts about love
The definition of love differs from everyone. The perfect example for that is the
response we got from our Leos when we asked them about what love is and what it
means to them❤️
Here is a collection of their thoughts about Love❤️
Love and Peace in my belief are two imperative things which we all including myself
strive to achieve in the journey of our lives. In my opinion what could be the most
important amongst the two, is it love or is it peace always will base on our own
individual sentiments.
However, I think Love and Peace would always stand hand in hand in which neither
one may stand above the other .

I also believe loving our own self is such an essential facet to reach the happiness
and satisfaction we all seek for in the life. On the other hand, peacefulness of mind
is the eventual goal which I myself and hopefully many of us wish to achieve in this
chaotic journey of life.

In that case spreading love and peace among our surroundings in our own possible
ways will definitely make a difference and will of course aid the world to become a
better place for all of us..
It never has to be larger in scale as I believe, even a small, simple gesture will go a
long way.
So I like to invite all my friends to start today, to love yourselves while treating the
world with compassion and kindness. I honestly think through that we all be able to
create a peaceful surrounding to everyone among us and that would hopefully lead to
the peace of mind we all always wish for.

Growing up one important thing I’ve realized is that no
one can offer you peace. Peace begins from within, once
you started to see everything in a real and a positive way
you’ll find peace. Talking about love I utterly believe that
love is not something you see it’s something you feel. It’s
something to do with your whole heart. True Love makes
everything brighter!

Love and peace, according to me, former is the gateway for the latter. Both internally and externally.
If you want to inflict peace upon world then you should be at peace within.
We humans are always delighted to say that we are at peace, well it's the contrary. Actually it's not.
Just think, how many people are there in this world who actually love others? Compassionate towards
another person without expecting anything back?

So I think there's a lot for us to accomplish in the context of Love & Peace.

I believe that love and peace go hand in hand with one another. Peace
can only be found when there is true love. This doesn't only extend to
persona relationships such as with family, friends and romantic
partners. It is the same in all other connections such as loving all other
things such as hobbies, job and more. When a person loves something,
they will find peace in it.

For me peace comes from your own mind. No one else could set you at
peace. When we see the reality of life instead of fantasies that do not
exist we’ll find Peace. I believe love is a very powerful force in
everyone’s life. Real love is unconditional. And what I truly believe is
that love is not perfect it just has to be true.

මං ප්‍රාථමික අදයාපනය හැදෑරුවේ කරුණාරත්න
මහා විද්‍යාලයෙන් .ඊට පස්සේ මම ශිෂ්‍යයත්වය
සමත් වෙලා කොළඹ ඉසිපතන විද්‍යාලයට යනවා
.ඉසිපතන විද්‍යාලය තුළින් මම ගොඩක් දේවල්
කිරීමට නැඹුරු වුනේ.
2008 වසරේ පාසල නියෝජනය කරමින්
දෙනෙක්ගෙන් සැදුම්ලත් කණ්ඩායමක් එකක් Turkey
වලට යන්න පුළුවන් වුනා .Quality Control Circle
කියන program එකට.මේ විදියට තමා පාසල් කාලය
ගතවුනේ.වැඩිය sports වලට නැඹුරුවක් තිබ්බේ
නැ.හැබැයි music ,arts වගේ දේවල් කලා.ඉන් පස්සේ
O/L සමත් වෙලා A/L වලට කොළඹ ආනන්ද
විද්‍යාලයට මම ඇතුළත් වෙනවා.ඒ කාලයේ
swimming ,hicking වගේ දේවල් කලා.A/L වලට මම
bio science කලේ .අවසානයේ මම වයඹ විශ්ව
විද්‍යාලයට මම ඇතුළත් වෙනවා food and nutrition
උපාධිය හැදෑරීමට .ඒ විදියට තමා විශ්ව විද්‍යාලය
ජීවිතය පටන් ගත්තේ .

Q) අපි අයියගේ පවුල් තුලින් ලැබුණු සහයෝගය
ගැන කතා කළොත් ඒ වගේම පවුල ගැනත් අපි
කතා කරමු.
මගේ තාත්තා Navy ඔෆිසර් කෙනෙක්. මේ වන විට
ඔහු ඒ තුළින් retired වෙලා visual and performing
arts university eke lecturer කෙනෙක් විදියට
කටයුතු කරනවා. මගේ අම්මා nursery address
ටීචර් කෙනෙක්. නංගී A/L සමත්වෙලා wayamba
campus එකේ agriculture පිළිබඳ උපාධියක්
හැදෑරීමට සූදානමින් ඉන්නවා. Leo වලට ගෙදරින්
දෙන සපෝට් එක ගැන කතා කරොත් ලොකු
සපෝට් එකක් දෙනවා. එයාලාට සෑහෙන
understanding එකක් තියෙනවා මං කරන වැඩ
ගැන ඔය විදිහට තමා life එක ගත වෙන්නේ.
Q) අපි කතා කරමු මේ වන විට ඔබ මොනවද
කරන්නේ කියලා?
මේ වන විට මම wayamba university eke food and
nutrition degree එක ඉවර කරලා masters පටන්
අරන් තියෙනවා. පේරාදෙණිය university එකේ
analytical chemistry සම්බන්ධව. මේ වෙද්දි දැන්
ඒකත් ඉවර වෙන්නෙ ලඟයි . Final research එකේ
වැඩ තමයි දැන් කරන්නේ. ජොබ් එක ගැන කතා
කරොත් studies and academic mix වෙච්ච ජොබ්
එකක් මං කරන්නේ. ඒකත් wayamba university
එකේ තමයි. poject assistant කෙනෙක් විදිහට
දැනට ජොබ් එක කරගෙන යනවා. .
Q) මං හිතන විදිහට අයියා ගොඩක් busy ලයිෆ්

එකක් ගෙවන්නේ. මං ඇහුවොත් කොහොමද
ලියෝ එකේ වැඩත් එක්ක time management
කරගන්නේ කියලා?
ඇත්තටම ලොකුම ජයග්‍රහණය ගැන කතා time
management එක ගැන කතා කරොත් ඇත්තටම
නිකන් ඉන්න වෙලාව හරිම අඩුයි. මොකක් හරි
වැඩක් එක්ක තමයි කාලය ගත වෙන්නේ.
නිදාගන්න වෙලාව කන වෙලාව හරි අඩු කරල
වෙලාව හදාගෙන balance එකේ වැඩ ටික
කරගෙන යනවා.

 Q) අපි කතා කරොත් කොහොමද ඔබ leo වලට join
උනේ ? ඒ තුළින් ආපු ගමන් මග ගැන අපි කතා
කළොත්?
මම Leo වලට join උනේ AL වලින් 2013 වගේ. මුලින්ම
ක්ලාස් එකේ හිටපු යාලුවෙක් තමයි මට leo ගැන
කිව්වේ.
මගේ leo club එක පාන්දුර අලුත් අළුබෝමුල්ල club
එක.මට එදා කරන්න තිබ්බේ ගිටාර් එක අරන් ගිහින්

Q) අපි අයියගේ position එක ගැනත් කතා කළොත්
Alubomulla leo club එක තුළ?
මම prospect කෙනෙක් විදිහට join වෙලා club project
වලට එකතු වෙනවා .මම ගිය අවුරුද්දේ ක්ලබ් එකේ
President බවට පත්වෙනවා. university ඉවර
වෙනවත් එක්කම තමා club එකේ president උනේ
.ඊට කලින් මම club treasurer වුණා. මේ වන විට
දිස්ත්‍රික් එකේ වැඩත් එක්ක council එකට join
වෙලා district secretary විදිහට වැඩ කරනවා.
Q) ඔබ සෑහෙන්න ලොකු ගමනක් Leo තුළින් ඇවිත්
තිබෙනවා. අපි අමතක නොවන සිදුවීම් ගැනත්
කතා කළොත් ඒ ගමන තුළ තිබෙන?
ඇත්තටම leo වලට join වෙච්ච දවසේ ඉඳන් මේ
වෙනකම් තියෙන්නේ අමතක නොවන සිදුවීම් තමා.
මෑතකදී වුන සිදුවීමක් ගැන කිව්වොත් ‍club එකකට
දිස්ත්‍රික් president, Leo Navodටත් invite කරලා
තිබුනා. මාත් club එකේ member හන්දා අපි දෙන්නම
එකට ගියේ ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් එකට. Mathugama තිබ්බේ
ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් එක. අපි දැන් එදා පාන්දර තුනට විතර

නවෝද්ගේ කාර් එකේ පොඩි අවුලක් ඇවිත් අපි මගේ
බයික් එකේ තමා ගියේ project එකට. අපි ගියා හරි
ෂෝක් ඒ project එක. ඊට පස්සේ අපි ආපහු එද්දී
හොඳටම වහින්න ගත්තා. අපි ළඟ ජැකට්වත්
තිබ්බෙ නෑ.අන්තිමට අපි තෙමි තෙමි මතු මතුගම
ඉඳන් මීගමුවටම ආවා. මෑතකදී වුන අමතකම
නොවන දෙයක් තමා ඔය සිද්ධිය.
Q) ඔබ මෙතෙක් ආපු ගමනට සහයෝගයෙන් දුන්න
අය ගැන කතා කළොත්?
මුලින්ම මං මතක් කරන්න ඕනේ අපේ club එකේ
membersla ඔක්කොම. එයාලා තමා මට Leo
movement එක ගැන කියා දුන්න කට්ටිය. ඒ වගේම
Club Advisor, Nihal uncle සහා Santhrushika,
Nimeshika අක්කලා දෙන්නවත් මතක් කරනවා මන්.
එයාලා loku සපෝර්ට් එකක් දෙනවා. තව Vindika
අයියා, Immediate Past District President කෙනෙක්
විදිහට ලොකු සපෝර්ට් එකක් දෙනවා. ඊට අමතරව
මම මතක් කරන්න ඕනි මගේ presidency year එක
තුළ මාව guide කරපු Vindika අයියා. අද මම යම්කිසි
තැනක ඉන්නවනම් මං ඒ ගැන ඔහුට ස්තූති වන්ත
වෙන්න ඕනි. ඒ වගේම අපේ දිස්ත්‍රික් president
නවොද් අයියා වත් මම මතක් කරනවා. මේ අවුරුද්දේ

මම ආදරෙන් මතක් කරනවා මට දුන්න support

ඔබට සුභ ආදරවන්තයින්ගේ දිනයක්.වෑලන්ටයින්
ඉවර වෙලා මාසයක් ගත උනත් මේ කතාවට
පෙරවදනක්ඒ විදියට ගන්න මම කල්පනා කලා,
මොකද සෑබෑ ආදරවන්තයින්ට සෑමරීමට අමුතුවෙන්
දිනයක් උවමනා නොවන නිසා.මෙවර තනිමංසල
ආදරවන්තයින්ගෙ දිනය වෙනුවෙන් ලියෑවුනත් ආදරය
වෙනුවෙන් ලියන්න ගීතයක් සොයගෑනීම මට අපහසු
උනා. බොහෝ ගීත ලියෑවෙන්නේ විරහවත් එක්ක, ඒ
කියන්නෙ හමුවීම් වලට වඩා වෑඩිපුර තියෙන්නෙ
වෙන්වීම්ද? එහෙම වෙන්නත් බෑ මොකද හමුවීමට
වෙන්වීමක් මෙන්ම , වෙන්වීමට හමුවීමක්ද තිබිය යුතු
නිසා. එහෙනම් ආදරයට වඩා විරහව අපට සන්වේදී
නිසා වෙන්න ඈති. කොහොම උනත් ආදරවන්තයින්
මෙන්ම සෑබෑ ලෙස ආදරය කර වෙන්වීමට සිදු උන
ප්‍රේමවන්තයින්ද මේ වෑලන්ටයින් එකේ කොටස්
කරුවො කියල මට හිතෙනවා. මොකද අයිතිය

අහසින් තරුවක් වෑටෙද්දි තරුවට වඩා දුක අහසට,
නටුවකින් මලක් වෑටෙද්දි මලට වඩා දුක නටුවට,
බෑදීමක් අවසානයේ දුක වෙන් වෙලා යන කෙනාට
නෙවෙයි තනිවෙන කෙනාට.ඒ නිසා වෙන් නොවෙන්න
ආදරය කරන්න හෑමෝටම හෑකි වේවා කියලා මෙවර
ආදරවන්තයින්ගේ දිනය වෙනුවෙන් මම ප්‍රාර්තනා
කරනවා. මේ කතාව මෙහෙම ලියවෙනකොට මාගේ
සවනේ රෑදුන තවත් ගීයක් මාගේ සිතට නෑගෙනවා.
මුලු ලෝකයටම ආදරය කියාදෙන සිදුහත් යශෝදරා
ආදර කතා වගේම අයිතිය නෑති වෙද්දි ආදරය නෑති
වෙන, ආදරයට නොව අයිතියට පමනක් ආදරය කරන
ආදර කතාද ඕනෑ තරම් තියෙනවා. ගොඩක් වෙන්වීම්
වලට හේතුව ලබාගන්නා දෙයින් සතුටට පත් නොවීම
කියල කිව්වොත් මම නිවෑරදියි කියල මට හිතෙනවා.
ප්‍රේමය තියෙන්නෙ මදි පාඩු හොයපු තෑන්වල
නෙවෙයි, අඩු පාඩු හොයල හදපු තෑන් වල කියල මම
අහලා තියෙනවා. ඉතින් මේ ආදරවන්තයින්ගේ දිනයෙදි
මම ඔබට යෝජනා කරනවා දිගු කාලීන අමනාපකම්
තබා ගෑනීමට තරම් දිගු නෑති මේ ජීවිතයේ, ගෙවෙන
හෑම තප්පරයක් තුල පවා හමුවන සෑම කෙනෙක්ටම
ආදරය කරන්න. මොකද හමුවීම් සෑමවිටම හිමිවීම්
නොවුනත් හිමිනොවන්නට හෝ හමුවන හමුවීම් වලට
ආදරය කරන ආදරවන්තයින්ද සිටින නිසා. ඉතින්

මම ඇත්තටම ටිකක් Silence character එකක්.

Behind the scene වගේ වැඩ කරන්න කැමති
කෙනෙක් මම. පුලුවන් හැම වෙලේම අනිත් අයට
උදව් කරන්න මම කැමති.

 Q) හොදයි. අපි ඔයාගේ පාසල් කාලය ගැන කතා
කරොත්.

මගේ පාසල මාතර රාහුල විද්‍යාලය. මම 1 වසරේ ඉදන්

13 වසර දක්වා එහි අධ්‍යාපනය ලැබුවේ. පාසලේ
බාලදක්ෂයෙක් විදිහට මැඩ කළා. ඒ වගේම විෂය
බාහිර දේවල් කළා. ඊට අමතරව පාසලේ මාධ්‍ය
ඒකකයේ වැඩ කලා. ඇත්තටම මම පාසල තුලින්
සැහෙන්න පන්නරයක් ලැබුවා. ඊට අමතරව පාසල්
කාලයේ දී ජාතික තරග හා ජාත්‍යන්තර තරග වලට
සහභාගී වෙලා තියෙනවා. මේ වන විට කොළඹ විශ්ව
විද්‍යාලයේ Medical faculty eke 3 වන වසරේ ඉගෙනුම
ලබනවා.

Q) ඔබ සෑහෙන්න ගමනක් ඇවිත් තිබෙනවා

මේ වන විට අධ්‍යාපනික පැත්තෙන් වගේම
Leo journey එකෙනුත්. මේ සදහා පවුලෙන්
ලැබෙන සහයෝගය හා ඔබේ පවුල ගැන
පොඩි විස්තරයක් කරොත්.

මගේ පවුලේ අම්මා, තාත්තයි, මල්ලියි තමා

ඉන්නේ. තාත්තා ව්‍යාපාරිකයෙක්. අම්මා Science
teacher කෙනෙක් Mathara Rahula පාසලේම.
මගේ මල්ලිත් එම පාසලේමයි ඉගෙනුම
ලබන්නේ. මගේ පියාත් Mathara Rahulema ආදි
සිසුවෙක්. ඇත්තටම Leo ගමන පටන් ගන්නෙත්
Mathara Rahula Collage එකෙන්ම තමයි. පාසල
හරහා තමා මම මුලින්ම Leo ගැන දැනගත්තේ.
පවුලේ සාමාජිකයන්ගෙන් ලොකු Support එකක්
ලැබෙනවා. Leo වැඩ වලට. ඇත්තටම School
Leo කෙනෙක්ට ගෙදරින් සහයෝගයක් නැතිව
වැඩ කරන් යන්න ටිකක් අමාරුයි. ඒනිසා මගේ
පාසලේ ගුරුවරුන් හා දෙමාපියෝ තමා මගේ
ශක්තිය වුනේ. මේ තාක් ආපු Leo ගමන තුල. ඒ
වගේම මං වෙලාවේ මම මතක් කරන්න

Club එක ගැනත් කිව්වොත්. සිදුවීම් අනිවාර්යයෙන් ඇති. අපි එයින් කිහිපයක්
මතක් කරොත්?
මේ වන විට මම District assistant treasurer විදිහට
වැඩ කරනවා. Leo Dulan අයියගෙනුත් ලොකු අමතක නොවන සිදුවීම් නම් ගොඩක් තියෙනව. මම
Support එකක් මට ලැබෙනවා. ඊට අමතරව Leo life එකේ වැඩිපුරම හිතට දැනුන දවස ගැන
Mathara nilwala Leo Club එකේ member කෙනෙක් කියන්නම්.
විදියට වැඩ කරනවා.

වෙලා හිටපු අවුරුද්දේ අපි project එකක් කරා
Q) Leo කියන්නේ එක family එකක්. ඔයාගේ Leo ආබාධිත ලමයි ඉන්න පාසලකට.අපි පොඩි Talent
carrer එකට අත්වැලක් වුන අයව අපි මතක් Show එකක් කලා. එම පාසලේ ගුරුදින උත්සවය
කරොත්. වෙනනුවෙන් තමා ඒක සංවිධානය කළේ. ඒ Project
එක කරන්න අපි සති ගානක් ඒ ලමයි එක්ක එකට
Leo කියන්නේ ඇත්තටම unity එක මත depend උන වැඩ කරා. එදා ඒ දවසේ ඒ ලමයින්ගේ නැටුම් ගැයුම්
community එකක්. මේ තරම් unity එකක් මං මේ බලන්න එයාලගේ දෙමපියන් ඇවිත් හිටියා. ඒ
තාක් වෙන කිසිම community club එකක දැකලා නෑ. දරුවන්ගේ දක්ෂතා හා දෙමව්පියන්ගේ සතුටු කඳුලු
A2 family එකේ ලොකු bond එකක් තියෙනවා. හැම දැක්කම හිතට මාරම හැඟීමක් දැනුනා.
club එකක් අතරම. මම Leo school club එකට join
උනේ කිසිම දෙයක් Leo ගැන නොදැන. 2016
නොවැම්බර් වසරේදී වගේ. ඒ කාලේ දී අපිට
Orientation program එකක් තිබ්බා. Leo Lion Kesari
Senevirathna අක්කා ඒකට ආවා. ඇය ඒ වන විට
district president කෙනෙක්. ඇය හා ඇයගේ පියා
past district governor Leo Lion Kamal uncle. ඔවුන්
දෙදෙනාම අපේ පාසලට ආවා ඒ Orientation program
එකට. ඒ වනවිට අපේ School Leo Club එකෙන් out
වෙලා Moratu University Leo club එකට join උන
අපේ අයියලා ගොඩාක් හිටියා. ඉතින් ඒ අයියලගේ
මගපෙන්වීම යටතේ තමයි Leo එක්ක අත්වැල්

බැඳගත්තේ. 2017 ජනවාරි 31 තමයි මාතර Rahula

College එකේ installation එකේ තියෙන්නේ. ඉතින්
එකේදී මට හම්බෙනව මාතර Rahula Leo Club එකේ
secretary වෙන්න. ඒ වෙද්දී Leo Deduna Gunathilaka
අයියා Club President විදියට වැඩ කලා. අපිට ඒ
අවුරුද්ද Best Leo Club එක වෙන්නත් පුලුවන් වුනා. Q) ඔබ හිතනවද ඔබ සාර්ථක Leader කෙනෙක්

yourself.

Dinendri- Such an absolute pleasure to be

speaking with my very Leo family! I’m Dinendri
also known as cake nangi by quite a few
people. I’m a artistic and creative individual who
loves the intricate details in each creation. I’m
25 and I am a proud LEO

Parami- So Dinendri, how do you find your love

for cake making?

Dinendri- I’ve always loved baking since I was

very small, but I was about 15 when I started
out with baking using boxed cake mixes and
eventually the love for baking and creating
grew..

custom flavours in various designs and flavours.

nangi must have not been an easy ride. What kept you
motivated to continue this business.

Dinendri- I think the achievement of doing each cake

and seeing the final product is highly motivating. I
believe if you really want to achieve your goals you find
ways to fight for it.

Parami-What is the specialty of the cakes and events
which you do?
Dinendri- Each and every cake I do, I hold it close to my
heart. There is a memory in each one of them. I am
glad I’ve gotten the opportunity to be apart of bridal
showers to baby showers, birthdays to anniversaries
and very special celebrations.

ඉතින් අපිට දැනගන්නත් එක්ක කියන්නකෝ
බලන්න අයිශ්වර්ය, ඔයා ගැන විස්තර ටිකක්.
මගේ නම අයිශ්වර්ය තෙන්නකෝන්.මම මුලික
අධ්‍යාපනය ලැබුවේ කොලබ ආනන්ද විද්‍යාලයේ(1 සිට
13 ශ්‍රේණි). මේ වෙනකොට මම මොරටුව විශ්ව
වසරේ උසස් අධ්‍යාපනය හදාරමින් ඉන්නවා. මගේ
family ගැන කිව්වොත් අම්මයි අප්පච්චියි මල්ලිලා
දෙන්නයි මමයි.
ඇත්තටම අයිශ්වර්ය කියන්නේ Sculpting (both
traditional and digital), Crafting, Model making,
Cosplaying සහ Graphic designing fields වල නිර්මාණ
කිරීමට ලොකු passion එකක් තියෙන කෙනෙක්
වගේම ඒවාට අදාල අලුත් දැනුම සහ තාක්ෂනය
සොයා යන්නෙක්.
අපි දන්න විදියට ඔබ 3D model making, cosplaying
කියන්න බලන්න මේ දේවල් වලට ආසාවක්
කැමැත්තක් ඇති උනේ කොහොමද?
මම අවුරුදු 08 ඉදල මේ කලාව කරගෙන යනවා. මන්
පොඩි කාලේ ඉදලා ආසයි එක එක arts and crafts
කරන්න. ඒවගේම මට පොඩි කාලේ සැහෙන්න
cartoons, films බලන්න කැමැත්තක් තිබුනා සහ
ඒවායේ ඉන්න චරිත වලට අදාළ 'Action figures' සහ
'merchandise' එකතු කරන්න ලොකු ආසාවක් තිබුනා.
ඒත් ඒ කාලේ ඒවා ලංකාවේ හොයාගන්න තිබුනේ
සැහෙන්න කලාතුරකින්, ඒවගේම මිල අධිකයි. ඉතින්
මට crafting වලට තිබුන ආසාව පාවිච්චි කරලා ගෙදර
තිබුන ඉවතලන ද්‍රව්‍ය වලින් මන් cartoons වල
තියෙන එක එක දේවල් (buildings, vehicles, gadgets,
characters) හදන්න පෙලබුනා.ඒ විදිහට තමයි ටික
ටික මේක passion එකක් විදිහට කාලයත් එක්ක
පෙරලුනේ. මුලදී sculpting වගේ දේවල් කලේ නැහැ.

හොයාගන්න තියෙන waste materials use කරලා

පස්සේ ටිකක් ලොකු වෙනකොට ඒ නිර්මාණ වලට
ඉල්ලුමක් එන්න පටන් ගත්තට පස්සේ මම sculpting
පැත්තටත් යොමු උනා.

Cosplay කියලා කියන්නේ "Costume play" කියන

එකට. ඒ කියන්නේ සරලව කිව්වොත් චරිතයක්
නිරුපනය කිරීමක් තමයි මේකෙදි වෙන්නේ. එකම
විශේෂත්වේ මේ cosplaying වලදී කරන්නේ ගොඩක්
වෙලාවට films, cartoons, comics වල එන චරිත,
එහෙමත් නැත්තන් celebrity, famous චරිත විදියට
ඇඳගෙන ඒ ඒ චරිත නිරුපණය කිරීම .ඒ original
character එකට කොච්චර සමීපතම වෙන්න අපි
චරිතය නිරුපනය කරනවද කියන එක මත cosplay
එකේ quality එක සහ accuracy එක තීරණය
වෙනවා. 'Comic con' වගේ events වල මේ
cosplaying වලට වෙනම competitions පවා
පැවැත්වෙනවා. ලංකාවට මේක තවම තරමක්
අලුත් සංකල්පයක් උනාට බටහිර රටවල් වල මේ
cosplaying වලට අවුරුදු 70කට පමණ එහාට
විහිදුනු ඉතිහාසයක් තියෙනවා.

ලැබුනා. ඒ වගේම 2018 වර්ෂයේදී කරපු 'Red hood'
cosplay එකට Best craftmenship කියන category
එක යටතේ ජයග්‍රහණය හිමිවුණා.

මීට අමතරව මම 2019 වර්ෂය අවසානයටම කරපු

cosplay එක වුන "How to train your dragon 03"
movie එකේ Hiccup cosplay එකට ඒ movie එකේ
author වුන 'Cressida Cowell' ගෙන් Twitter හරහා
ලැබුණු අගය කිරීම සහ "How to train your dragon"
official Instagram page එකෙන් ලැබුණු අගය
කිරීමත් සමග ලොකු local වගේම International
recognition එකක් ලැබුනා.ඉතින් එක මං හිතන්නේ
මං මෙතෙක් ලබපු ලොකු ජයග්‍රහණයක්. මොකද
එකෙන් පස්සේ මට cosplay field එකේ ගොඩක්
opportunities පවා ලැබුනා.ඒ තම අවසානයට ලබපු
ජයග්‍රහණය. මොකද මේ කොරෝනා තත්වය
නිසා,2019න් පස්සේ මේ වෙනකන් events
පැවැත්වුනේ නෑ.

ඉදන් බලාපොරොත්තුවක් තිබුනද? Business Idea
එක ආව විදියත් කියමුකෝ බලන්න.

ඇත්තටම කිව්වොත් business එකක් පටන් ගන්න

කොහෙත්ම idea එකක් තිබුනේ නෑ. මම මේ දේවල්
passion එකක් විදිහට තමයි කරගෙන ආවේ. මම
ALs කරලා results එනකන් හිටපු කාලේදී කරපු
එක නිර්මානයක photos මම මගේ social media
profile එකක upload කරා. මේක දැකල එකම
වෙලාවේ 03 දෙනෙක් ඒක සල්ලි වලට මගෙන්
ඉල්ලුවා. ඒත් මං ලග තිබුනේ 01ක් නිසා මම 03
දෙනාටම වෙන වෙනම 03ක් හදල දුන්න. ඕක තමයි
turning point එක. ඒ 03 දෙන ඒවා අරන් ගිහින් ඒ
විදිහටම social media වල upload කරලා ඒවා
දැකල තව අය ඉල්ලගෙන ආවා. පස්සේ මම වෙනම
'Tenai Workshop' කියන නමින් page එකක් open
කරලා මම හදන ඔක්කොම නිර්මාණ එකේ දාන්න
පටන් ගත්තා. ටික කාලයක් යද්දී ඒකට වෙනම
audience එකක් හැදිලා ඒ හරහා ඉබේම මේක
business එකක් බවට පත්වුණා.

ගත්තා. දඩු මොණර ආකෘතිය, ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ
මකරාගේ මුර්තිය මේවට උදාහරණ කීපයක්. තව
එතනින් එහාට ගියහම graphic arts සහ digital
sculpting streams වල service එකත් මේ workshop
එකෙන් ලබාගන්න පුළුවන්. Traditional clay
sculpting වල ඉඳලා 3D Resin printing දක්වා range

 Sculpting, crafting, model making, cosplaying වගේ
දේවල් වලට ඔබ පාවිච්චි කරන අමුද්‍රව්‍ය
මොනවද?
Traditional sculpting වලදී නම් polymer clay, airdry
clay වගේ materials තමයි use කරන්නේ. Digital
sculpt කරලා 3D print කරනකොට resin or plastic
use කරනවා. මිට අමතරව cosplay costumes වලදී
rubber, EVA foam, rexine, leather, fabric වගේ
ගොඩක් materials use කරනවා costume එකේ
design එක අනුව. Model/replica making වලදී
acrylic sheets, plastic boards, එක එක වර්ගයේ
cardboard, wood වගේ materials ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන්
use වෙනවා.
මිල ගණන් ගැන අපි කතා කලොත්, මොන වගේ
Range එකක් තියෙනවද ඔබේ Sculpting, crafting,
model making, cosplaying, graphic designing
වලට?
මිල ගණන් එහෙම range එකක් කියලා හරියටම
දෙන්න අමාරුයි. මොකද ඒක design එකේ

3D printed statue එකක් රුපියල් 8,000 - 12,000

costume එකම එක වගේ නෑ. Design එක අනුව

model making, replica making, මේ දේවල් බටහිර
රටවල් වල සැහෙන්න film making වලදී use
වෙනවා. ඒත් ලංකාවේ ලොකුවට use වෙන්නේ නෑ.

සිනමාවට වටිනාකමක් එක්කරමින් එය නගා
සිටුවීමට ලොකු ආසාවක් සහ අධිෂ්ඨානයක්

වෙන චරිත, ස්ථාන මුර්ති වැනි නිර්මාණ ඔස්සේ

LET'S SATISFY OUR
CRAVINGS WITH

Caramel Pudding

Ingredients mentioned below use

standard measuring cups and spoons.

1 tin condensed milk (300 g)

2 tins water (use same
condensed milk tin)
5 eggs
1 table spoon vanilla

For caramel
1/2 cup sugar (no need to
add water)

 Let the cooking begin

01 FOR CARAMEL

Put the sugar in to a metal pan and

cook over medium heat.
Let the sugar melt. Once its turns
into a brown color, take out from
the stove and pour the caramel
into the bowl or baking tray, which
you are going to bake the caramel
pudding.
Spread evenly.

02 FOR CUSTARD

Beat the eggs well until thick.

Pour condensed milk and water
and beat well. Add vanilla, a pinch
of salt and mix well.
Now put this mixture to the
caramelized baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 170C, take a
large empty baking tray and put 2
inches level height water and lay
the pudding tray inside it( no need
to cover) and bake for 1 hour.

light to individuals in times of darkness and most of all
