Training, documentation, and communications project lead on many company-wide Or
acle application deployments (new, upgrades, and enhancements), as well as other
business applications. Developed detailed strategies and project plans. Worked
with business groups, SMEs, and IT to gather requirements, identify gaps, and pr
ovide user-needs analysis. Developed and deployed change management strategies a
nd plans. Defined and presented to leadership and business customers the appropr
iate training media, tools and curriculum to meet user-needs. Designed, created,
and distributed documentation including user guides, job aids, quick start, run
books, exercise guides, etc. Instructional design and training provided include
d webinars, presentations, instructor-led classes, train-the-trainer, one-on one
, and online WBTs. Wrote and distributed communications for corporate leadership

Oracle Inventory: Complete retooling of ADT's inventory management process and p
olicies to provide consistent tracking and management of inventory in over 240 b
ranches. Delivery of 4 waves of instructor-led hands-on training nationwide over
a 1-1/2 year period.
Related inventory deliverables: designed and produced an 8-course online WBT cur
riculum in Captivate for Supply Chain Fundamentals published to ADT's LMS; train
ing and documentation lead for Warehouse Replenishment utilizing Oracle's min-ma
x functionality to streamline bulk ordering; instructional design and instructor
-led training for the deployment of Oracle Physical Inventory; and, supporting d
ocumentation for a new expedited freight approval process. Provided ongoing supp
ort for other inventory-related project deployments and user support.
Oracle Accounts Payable / 170 MarkView / iExpense: Designed and coordinated trai
ning efforts, documentation, and communications for ADT NA deployment of a new A
P workflow system (170 MarkView) integration with Oracle AP to centralize ADT's
AP processes for all Corporate and field users. Also, created WBT Captivate trai
ning courses for 170 MarkView Express and iExpense. Subsequently, trained ADT's
Puerto Rico office on Oracle iExpense and 170 MarkView.
Oracle Upgrade to 11.5.10 (Inventory, Purchasing, AP, Order Management, Fixed As
sets, Human Resources, General Ledger, iExpense): Upgrade of all Oracle applicat
ions used by ADT. Developed training, documentation, and communications based on
user/Oracle module. Each Oracle module and the associated impacted users were t
reated as a separate training/ documentation initiative.
Oracle Project Accounting: Replacing ADT's current accounting system and integra
ting OPA with other ADT business applications. Created detailed training plan/st
rategy; worked with Finance, AP, Regional/Team and branch field users to define
training requirements, and provide training and communications. In addition, ass
isted with QA and creation of functional scripts for SIT/UAT testing. This proje
ct is still ongoing at ADT.
CK30 Scanner Credentials Enhancement: Deployed to assist branch users with probl
ems logging into the CK30 scanner (using MSCA integration with Oracle) used at t
he branches. Provided communications, webinars, job aids, and online documentati
on for overall scanner use.

Finance Data Center: Created detailed technical run books.
Gryphon / Learning to Use Web Search: Used by sales to scrub phone numbers, emai
l, and postal addresses for potential and existing customers who do not want to
be contacted. Created a Captivate interactive online module and deployed on ADT'
s LMS. Mandatory training for all sales.
P-Synch Deployment: Dell application enabling all ADT users to reset and manage
password synchronization across multiple applications/platforms.
ADT Collaboration Center: Deployment of Lotus Sametime and Quickplace.
PPM 7.1 Upgrade: ADT's IT project and time management application.
ADT.com: New technologies deployed for ADT.com's website. Worked with IT to prov
ide a logical and organized run book for IT operations to support and troublesho
ot ADT.com.
Ocwen Technology Xchange West Palm Beach, Florida (Aug. 1998 - Feb. 2002)
Project Lead
Training lead for deployment of several large, complex new loan servicing and e-
commerce applications.
Deployed the training program for a loan servicing platform conversion involving
600 employees in 25 departments. Supervised and participated in the creation an
d delivery of 27 user manuals and the associated instructor-led training courses
. Successful implementation in 2001.
Managed the content, editing, and formatting of over 20 WBTs implemented for an
e-commerce application including supervision of technical writers and coordinati
on of information and distribution.
Designed and maintained the OTX e-Learning Center website, which provided access
to interactive lessons and previews, scheduling of online training, and other t
raining information to help end-users better understand and use their new e-comm
