PIQUE A LO MACHO

Ingredients
2 beef tenderloins
5 sausages
1/2 red onion
1 Pepper
1 hard-boiled egg
2 medium potatoes
1 tomato
Olive oil for frying

Method
1. First, we peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. We
put them to fry in a pan with plenty of olive oil. If we don't
have the hard-boiled egg, it's time to cook it too.
2. Cut the onion into strips, chop the veal into chunks and cut
the sausages into small pieces
3. While the potatoes are frying, in a saucepan we put 3
tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the veal with the onion
cut into strips.
4. We cover the pan so that the meat releases juices and let
it cook for about 2 minutes, stirring a couple of times
during this time.
5. Let cook for 5 minutes now uncovered and add the
sausages. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring from time
to time.During this time you have to watch the potatoes.
When they are golden brown, we remove them to a
source with kitchen paper so that the excess oil drains.
6. In a large plate or platter we mount the piqué a la macho.
First we put the french fries, then the minced meat with its
juices and the sausages. Then the tomato and the pepper
cut into slices and finally the hard-boiled egg cut into two
or four pieces
And our plate of pique a la macho would already be
made!
