banking financial institution (NBFC), having Registration No. – XYZ issued by <Bank name>
and having its corporate office at <Address>.

This is in regards to the Ministry of Home Affairs(Government of India) guidelines, as per the
sub clause (v) under clause 7 on Financial sector: Non-Banking financial institutions(NBFC)
are allowed to operate.

In lieu of above order, the above employee is delegated by the company to carry out his
professional duties, which entail basic travel to our office as well as clients’ location.

She will undertake all precautions as listed by the local administration while doing so. We
