This is my family and I’m proud of them. They adopted me and my brother when I was
about three years old they were young themselves as well. Without them, I wouldn’t be
where I am today and where I plan to be in the future. They taught me how to be
independent and gave me my love for basketball. I learned to earn my spot and fight for
what I believe in regardless of what people say, think, or what I look like. They taught
me to not give up which helped early in the year 2022. We never give up when
something is thrown the way we conquer, learn and thrive and I’m proud of that. I’m
proud of myself I’ve been through a lot but as I said before, I don't give up. My goal Is to
make it to a CSU college and I’m going to do that. My goal is to make the basketball
team in college and I’m going to do that. My family sticks up for each other that what the
Williams name means. So I’m proud of my name as well.

I recently was approved to Stan State College. I've worked so hard for this. I've been
through a lot the type of things that would make people give up but I continue. Me
working as hard as I am and soon going to be able to work just as hard in college is an
honestly real blessing.
