In addition to the disgruntlement which Friendsbook is facing from pressure groups and the
governments, the employees at Friendsbook have started showing their discomfort with the
company’s policies. Some of this is stemming from the fact that the Friendsbook is not
monitoring politically driven posts which are hurting and targeting the sentiments of certain
religious communities.

To make things worse, Jeh has recently found out that Vision’s family is being investigated by the
Income Tax Department of Asgard for tax fraud amounting to INR 25,00,00,000. However, this
news is not public yet. The department is currently only assessing Vision’s family’s books of
accounts, but if found guilty, the department also plans on investigating all companies that Vision
and his family members are interested in.

The employees of the company had always looked up to Wanda because of her professional
ethics. Further, considering her area of expertise, if Wanda associates herself with Friendsbook
again, it will add to the goodwill of the company. It will also improve employee morale. Jeh is
ready to negotiate the position and perks that Wanda may want, and is willing to let Vision go if
required.

Over the years, multiple platforms have come up using the same model as Friendsbook,
threatening its market position. To retain its market leader position, it is imperative that the
Scarlet Witch is on board in an advisory capacity. Jeh wants the Scarlet Witch to exclusively
provide its services to Friendsbook – they are willing to pay an amount of INR 25,00,000 per
month for this arrangement. They only want this arrangement to be exclusive in relation to the
competitors of Friendsbook and are willing to enter into an agreement with a tenure of 3 years,
which can be renewed with mutual agreement between the parties.
