Are exams necessary?

In my opinion, the exams are necessary because through the exam

notes we build our future slowly.
First of all, a good grade in exams opens several directions to a job,
however if we have a low grade, we cannot choose whatever we want.
Secondly, exams are a form of stress for both students and teachers,
as they have to correct dozens of exams a year but at the same time bring
joy, both for the student if he received a good grade and for the teachers.
Through these exams, if there are many good grades, the teachers are
rewarded because they put a lot of effort and dedication to teach us the
subject.
In addition, these exams help both teachers and parents to observe
how carefully and how much work students do.
In conclusion, exams are necessary because I do not think that there
is a person who would like to be a colleague with a stranger or instead, I
do not think that students would like to have a poorly trained teacher in
the classroom.
