IMS) requirements at workplace.
b) Carbon footprint reduction by 20% (7000 MT against 2019 until 2023) to
save the environment by less energy/solar panel/Trees/Tank Cleaning/APH.
c) Drive and Monitor Finishing training program (Safety, Environment,
Chemical Handling, Fabric Handling & MCP)

A3 Projects Implementation, follow up for Marsh (Fire safety equipment


installation, water sprinkler/Fire Hydrant project)
a) Drive A3 Project for Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, ETP (Ozone generator and
Near to Zero discharge liquid) with impact of $ Yearly 510,416 and $
Quarterly 127,604.
b) Assist to A3 achievement for Chemical optimization/savings and double
layer bleach with Impact of $ Yearly 404,000 and $ Quarterly 101,000.
c) Installation of water sprinkler and fire hydrant @ finishing facility with
impact of 50% cost reduction vs. 3rd party. $ Outsource 1,430,563 and $ In-
house 715,281

2- Lean/TPM Implementation, Store Inventory Reduction and Energy


Audit/Savings
a) Lean/TPM implementation to improve the productivity by reducing
downtime with impact of $ Yearly 25,000 and $ Quarterly 6,250.
b) Store inventory reduction by 10% (200 k$) @ Year end 2022
c) Drive Finishing/Fabrication energy audit
