SUBJECT : After Installation Report re- Procurement of Licensed Anti-

Virus

1. Reference: Memorandum received from DPRMD dated August 29, 2021

with the same subject as above.

2.This pertains to the urgency on the procurement/installation of licensed

Anti-Virus software, among others, to comply partially at least with the DICTM
newly-implement UPER/ICER parameters and in regards to the upcoming NCRPO
ISO 9001: 2015 QMS 2nd Audit on September 10, 2021 and will presented in the
Command Conference with RD, NCRPO on August 30, 2021.

3. In this regard, be informed that this Office has complied by procuring of a

licensed Anti-Virus Software.

4. Attached herewith is the photo during the installation and activation.

Installation of Licensed Anti-Virus

The personnel of the Office of the Deputy District Director for Administration
(ODDDA) have installed the licensed Anti-Virus Software Kaspersky to all its office
computer.
