Terms of Use & License Information

PERSONAL USE / NON-PROFIT USE

You MAY use our graphics for personal and non-profit projects without credit given as long as NO MONEY is made.
If you share your project online, all our resources (including but not limited to digital paper and clipart packs) must be flattened, uneditable and unextractable.

COMMERCIAL USE (CREDIT REQUIRED)

If you wish to use our graphics commercially credit MUST be given to Alegra Creatives wherever the product is being sold or displayed by including any of the credit
examples below:

COMMERCIAL USE (NO CREDIT REQUIRED)

If you wish to use our graphics commercially but you don't want to give credit or link back to our shop, you have the option to purchase a NO CREDIT LICENSE. The no
credit license allows you to use our graphics without mention or link back to Alegra Creatives. There's an extra fee for this license and it's only valid for 1 (one) individual
pack. (Visit our shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/AlegraCreatives to purchase this license.)

PLEASE NOTE: Commercial use licenses are restricted to small business only and limited to a maximum of 1000 copies. For quantities exceeding 1000 copies or 200 yards,
you will need an EXTENDED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE. (Visit our shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/AlegraCreatives to purchase this license.)

• ALLOWED USES
Scrapbooking
You MAY use our graphics for personal projects only. You cannot sell any of our graphics as is or altered in a commercial scrapbook kit.

Digital Goods
You MAY use our graphics personally or commercially to create digital printable files as long as you add enough of your own design to make it original and unique. Files
must be flattened (JPG or PDF) and sold for personal use only. Do not sell our designs layered or on white background. Simple Collage Sheets are not allowed.

Printed Goods
You MAY use our graphics personally or commercially to create invitations, labels, organizers, planners, gift wrapping, party and home decoration, stationery, handmade or
printed cards, brochures, flyers, business cards, etc. You can also create stationery or other printed products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy and in your own store as long as you
add enough of your own design to make it original and unique.

Logo & Web Design

You MAY use our graphics personally or commercially to create logo and web designs to sell only if the clipart is part of the design. You cannot sell our graphics as is as a
logo by itself. You can use our graphics to create website/blog templates, banners, headers, footers and buttons only if the design is flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be
extracted.

Embroidery Design
You MAY use our graphics personally or commercially as long as the file is a digital embroidery file. You cannot include any of our original files in your download.

Fabric & Ribbon Designs

You MAY use our graphics commercially and print up to 200 yards total and you must purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE for every set you wish to use. For quantities
exceeding 200 yards you will need to purchase an EXTENDED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE. (Visit our shop to purchase this license.)

Mobile Apps
You MAY use our graphics for personal or commercial use, but you must purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE or link back to our shop. If your App is downloaded more than
1000 times you will need to purchase an EXTENDED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE. (Visit our shop to purchase this license.)

Educational Resources
You MAY use our graphics personally or commercially. However, if you wish to use our products commercially (TpT) credit must be given to Alegra Creatives by adding a
clickable link to our shop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/AlegraCreatives) in your PDF file or wherever you sell or display the file. The file must be flattened, uneditable and
unextractable. You cannot share our original graphics for free. If you do not wish to credit us you will need to purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE.

IMPORTANT:
If you use our graphics commercially for any of the allowed uses mentioned above and you don't purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE, you MUST give credit or link back to
our shop (see COMMERCIAL USE above).

• NOT ALLOWED
You MAY NOT:
• Claim our graphics as your own. Design copyright remains with Alegra Creatives.
• Alter our graphics and then claim them as your own.
• Re-sell, redistribute or trade our graphics as is or altered.
• Share our graphics for free even if it is for personal use.
• Sell items using our graphics as is on Zazzle, CafePress or any similar site.
• Use our graphics in freebies.

Alegra Creatives reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use and Policies from time to time, for any reason, with or without notice. Your use of our shop after any modification is
your agreement to follow the Terms of Use as modified. Please review the Terms of Use periodically to be apprised of any changes.
