Dear Lynette Duncan,

My name is Charity Adeoti and I am a Floor Supervisor at the Calvin Klein store in the
Aurora Premium Outlet Mall. I am writing to recommend my Associate Esmeralda
Martinez for the Lead Teacher position at Child First Academy. I was fortunate enough
to work with Esmeralda for two years in our store and was never less than satisfied with
her precision, customer service, and training skills.

When Esmeralda came to our store she already had a great sense of our layout and
knew how to adjust things to coincide with what we did or did not have at certain times.
She is very interactive with the customers to give them a great experience to walk away
with. She always came in with a good attitude that easily gravitated people to her. This
was a very important attribute to have because as a trainer she made her coworkers
feel comfortable to ask questions and confident to go off on their own.

Other than the qualities listed above, I know Esmeralda would be a great asset to the
Child First Academy team because she has the patience, attitude, and attentiveness to
connect with each parent and child. She is a strong team player who knows how to
communicate and get her ideas across effectively. I know without a doubt that you
would be able to count on her to complete and over exceed any task.
