1. Mai Thy: Where would the earth’s oxygen come from if the forest disappearing?

 50% of oxygen is produced by plants and trees during photosynthesis. The other half is
created by the ocean, the plankton. So, if forests disappear, the earth will still have
oxygen, but the concentration will be lower. We only have about 4000 years before
oxygen runs out.
2. Khang: What is the current status of the Amazon rainforest?
 As the green lung of the earth, the Amazon forest provides 20% of the earth's oxygen
and is home to 10% of the world's biodiversity. But today, that green lung is calling for
help because of a series of wildfires and deforestation. The burning Amazon forest
means that a large amount of carbon dioxide enters the atmosphere instead of the
oxygen. The Amazon forest needs to be protected.
3. T.Vy: What is the main reason of deforestations and wildfires?
 It comes from the greenhouse effect, which causes global warming by human emissions.
It comes from human greed and ignorance. They cut down trees, clear forests, and
dispose of burning cigarette (ˈsiɡəˌret) butts. Caused a series of forest fires and the
forests gradually disappeared.
