Hello, my name is Dixia Tabora, I’m twenty years old, I´m single, I live with my
mother, my favorite color is purple, I live in Choloma city. My cell phone number
is 9826-0259. My email is dixiatabora.dt@gmail.com. My favorite singer is
Ricardo Arjona, my favorite food is chicken with slices, my favorite drink is piña
colada, in my free time, I like to read, and I love going to the beach, I don’t like
math, I work and study.

With the topic of health. I want to comment on basic tips to improve you eating
habits. Eat a variety of foods. Reduce the salt. Reduce the use of certain fats
and oils. Limit your sugar intake. Avoid drinking alcohol.

Eat healthy portions of food. Find an exercise that you like and do it every day.
Go to the gym about three times a week. Practice various types of exercises.
Drink water after exercise.

Personally, my daily menu is very varied, like healthy foods, fruits, vegetables,
and I avoid fatty foods. At breakfast I cannot miss my cup of coffee, such as
pancakes, sandwiches, fruit salads, eggs, beans, tortillas. My lunches are made
up of vegetable salad, grilled chicken, grilled breast and my dinners with slices
of banana, tortillas with beans.

It’s very important to have a balanced diet. A healthy diet can reduce your risk
of obesity and diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, osteoporosis,
and some types of cancer.
