1. What is your idea about agriculture?

- Agriculture, in my opinion, is the art and science of cultivating soil, growing crops, and
raising livestock. It comprises the preparation of plant and animal products for human
consumption as well as their distribution to markets. Agriculture produces the majority of
the world's food and clothing. Agriculture is a fundamental activity that includes growing
crops, vegetables, fruits, flowers, and cattle. Agriculture is a primary activity since it is
associated with the extraction and development of natural resources. Agriculture was
formerly the backbone of this country's economy. The Ministry of Agriculture
commissioned research on low-input farming.
2. What do you think is the importance of agriculture to you as an individual and to the
country?
- Agriculture is important to me as an individual and to the country because it produces the
majority of the world's food and clothes. Cotton, wool, and leather are all agricultural
goods. Agriculture also produces timber for construction and paper products. These
goods, as well as the agricultural practices used, may differ from one region of the world
to the next. Agriculture supplies food for the entire world. Farms provide a large portion
of our protein, such as meat. Many more food supplies originate from various regions,
such as southern states, where we acquire part of our fruits and vegetables. Agriculture is
also good for the environment.
