Review of the Tool used - BEI
2 prominent competencies that are being assessed through the BEI
questionnaire:
Integrity
Adaptibility

Feeback:
Few more questions should be included that could guage on the adaptability since not many
questions were not asked to understand this competency.
There should have more variety to kind of questions asked to understand the competencies.
There was also some redundancy in questions where two questions were of the same kind.
Questions that included childhood experiences could have been included like "Have you ever
taken unpopular choice in the past ? Why did you feel the need to do so?". This could give us an
understanding of his innate behaviour.
Most of the questions revolved around his professional life and no question revolved around his
personality or incidents from his personal life. It would have useful to get more insights on the
candidate.
