Tourism Marketing Communications

We should focus and use the advantages of word of mouth when it comes to marketing our
products, and here are two strategies on how we will be able to overcome the challenges
brought by the trend and its consumers.
Strategy 1: Build brand trust.
Brand trust involves more than just trust in the quality of the brand's product. It also includes
the entire customer experience with the company, from purchasing to using the product.
Friends, family, and even strangers are trusted more than advertisements.
Word of mouth marketing means that your business is being represented in the most
trustworthy way possible. Even if people talk about your product or business differently or
negatively, if you have already built brand trust with most people, it is already an advantage
and solution to the challenges.

Strategy 2: Establish brand loyalty


Customers return because of a positive word of mouth advertising and marketing strategy. As
well as referring new consumers, who also keeps returning, and referring more customers.
Brand trust comes with brand loyalty, in order to keep it that way, you have to make sure that
you offer quality products or services and be consistent.
Talk to your clients, know their concerns. Made them feel that their opinions aren’t neglected
and know how to solve these issues or problems.
