• When you wake up, before you go to bed, and anytime you go into a pathetic pile
of shit, ask: Am I avoiding something?
• Get present with everything that you are avoiding, lower your walls and barriers,
let it all in, and be interesting point of view with all of it.
• And imagine the several thousand people on this group being there with you,
having your back, when you do this.

EXOSKELETON CLEARINGS

What JAILS are you using to create the dominance of e=mc2 as always creating the
exoskeleton that allows you to put out of your universe all the things you don’t want to have
to deal with, and all the things you could deal with, so you don’t have to deal with them until
sometime in the future, which will remain unnamed until you are ready to deal with it?
Everything that is times a godzillion will you destroy and uncreate it all? Right and wrong,
good and bad, POD and POC, all 9, shorts, boys and beyonds.

How much energy are you using to create the exoskeletons of your reality as the work out
systems for working the problems outside of you and never letting them inside of you are you
choosing so you can get the proper result? Everything that is times a godzillion will you
destroy and uncreate it all? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 9, shorts, boys
and beyonds.

What JAILS are you using to create the dominance of e=mc2 as always pushing your reality
outside of this reality to have an exoskeleton of reality that you could access if you would
access it, but you can’t access it and won't access it because it would kill this reality in totality?
