Over Night

18oz of semisweet chocolate Line a casserole or cake pan with baking paper.

14oz of sweetened condensed milk Melt/temper your chocolate using microwave or

Optional: double boiler. In medium size bowl, mix the
Dash of salt chocolate and milk. Using a rubber spatula,

Splash of vanilla scrape milk and chocolate into pan. Smooth top.
Toppings Refrigerate overnight. Cut and serve.

If measurments are not exact, better to have too much chocolate than
too much milk. Too much chocolate means dry fudge, but too much milk
means no fudge, just a chocolate blob.
Topping Options: Sprinkles, crushed up candy canes, M&Ms, light sprinkling of rock salt,
caramel drizzle, marshmallows, candy corn, fun cereals, dried strawberry bits.
Toppings No-Nos: chocolate shell - hard to cut through, looks bad when broken up.
Powdered sugar - looks messy/bad to inhale
