Synthetic indices are artificial kind of indices which are given by a
certain legit and acceptable methods of computer mathematical
calculations to mimic the real world market movement of Indexed
stock companies.

Volatility Index

The real time Volatility is given out by CBOE, Chicago board of

options exchange, the CBOE calculate the risk of stocks companies
indices in real time,

Synthetic Volatility Index VIX

Volatility index is moving in direction of stocks companies indices
which can be seen on the chart as it moving in up and when it
reaches a certain level it is droping down and vice versa, so volatility
index normally is known as the one of index you can trade on the way
to complex products.
It must be noted that, the spreads on volatility are very high
therefore it takes a short time to generate one and there fore to
loose one ? yes, so everything goes with analysis and at the end of
time it's reward for those who have taken risks in the right way
where the market were taking us to.
When i wrote this i was thinking as there's something i can share with
you to see how benefitial it may have to be.
As our rule of thumb telling us to buy low and sell high, we will be
doing this as the trend is meeting our setups And remember to use

Bollinger Bands = Period 30 // deviation 2
MMA methods is Linear weighted for all
Maroon MMA = Period 200 (apply to weighted close)
Green MMA = Period 100 (apply to previous indicator data)
Blue MMA = Period 15 (Apply to close)
Yellow MMA = Period 5 (Apply to close)
Yellow Paraboric SAR = (Step 0.04 // Maximum 0.2 )
Blue Parabolic SAR = (Step 0.002 // Maximum 0.2)

When bollinger bands became squeezed to its moving average at the

center, it's a sign that the volatility of market is very low, therefore,
this period of low volatility will be in a short period of time before the
breakout in forex it's when big institution are moving the market.
When the implied volatility calculated by bollinger bands became
higher, we will be seeing our bollinger bands start to widening.
We will take a sell trade when
Green MMA over crossed above the Maroon MMA and they've to be
crossed above the bollinger bands for a very strong selling signal
White MMA has crossed the yellow MMA at the end of Low volatility
period when the market is about to break out
STRONG SIGNALS
Strong signal appear when Yellow, Blue and White Bollinger MMA
Crossed each other, The Maroon and Green MMA touching, crossing
or passing through the cross and there is low a volatility, so a trader
should take a trade in accordance to where the yellow MMA is
pointing with more than 45 degrees angle of inclination or
declination.
This may happen also when the Awesome Oscillator is showing us a
drop in buyers but it might be faking.

When we experience a period of decrease in volatility and the all
required above mentioned condition has met, but only when the
Maroon and Green MMA is passing below the Bollinger bands for
strong BUY signal, and when the Maroon and Green MMA has passed
above the bollinger bands for a strong Selling signal.

support/resistance lines, taking into consideration all of the previous
explained informations you found above and add template again for
confirmation.
