"For God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son, so
that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might
have eternal life.” – John 3:16

Jesus Christ came to this world and died on the cross for you, for me,
for every person who has ever walked this earth. The gift of Jesus is
truly a remarkable gift. Today's Gospel reflects on the symbols of light
and darkness; the light stands for good while darkness stands for evil.
God sent his only Son to suffer and die for all of humanity. Today's
Gospel reflects on the symbols of light and darkness. Jesus is the light
of world and the Gospel calls us to "come to the light". It is our
challenge as people of faith to let God help us live in the light.

God sent His only son to earth to become the sacrifice that paid for all
our sins. Without Jesus, no man or woman could enter heaven
because we are all stained with sin. If we believe in Christ, on the
other hand, we can have eternal life in heaven.

God’s love is an inspiration, a love that conquers even sin

Father, I pray that I may emulate your love. Fill me with the light of the
Holy Spirit so I may reveal the truth of the resurrection and your
unfailing love. In the midst of suffering, help me to turn to you and
rejoice in your love. Amen
