Annual Support Maintenance Contract – AMC

The software company shall provide remote Post Production AMC Support at additional cost.
This will be calculated based on 14% of the total project cost, Customization charges and
Integration charges. The AMC shall start 12 (twelve) month after Training & UAT
completion date. The scope of AMC shall be limited to Remote Bug Fixes and Application
Troubleshooting. Customization, Enhancements requested, Change Request, Integration or
new development are not part of AMC scope and shall be estimated separately. 1 year free
customization service will be provided limited to only transport management system
requirement. Any other requirement will be not part of customization scope
