Ice occupies the domain located at the bottom. The remaining space contains vapour
generated by sublimation. It is supposed to be close to vacuum, initially at a dry air partial
pressure p0 of 20 Pa.

A boundary heat source is added to the interface in order to handle possible external heating,
for example, by radiation. In this model, the boundary heat source is set to 5000 W/m2.
