On normal days, my cellphone is often in front of me from
waking up to sleeping. Yesterday I tried how my day would be without it. That's why I did a lot, I spent more time talking to my siblings and cousins. I was able to change the arrangement of my room and spend more time outside than when I was holding a cellphone. Often when I am holding it, I am able to halve the story I read on wattpad and play a lot of mobile legends especially when there are no activities to do. Which often causes me headaches and difficulty in sleeping due to too much radiation exposure. And I realized that I wasted a lot of time when I am using my cellphone, which I would have used for more meaningful things.
