Asking what someone is like

To ask about someone's physical appearance:

She's tall and good looking.

What does she/he/it
look like? He's got blue eyes and blonde hair.
What do I/you/they/we
They're both tall and slim.

NB: We don't use 'like' in the answer.

What does the new boss look like? He´s short and fat!

To ask about someone's personality:

What is she/he/it She's friendly and very helpful.

What are you/they/we like? They're quiet and very serious.
What am I You’re nice.
