Fast Food, Is It Good or Bad?

Fast food is any food that can be served in instant. So, whatever the menu is, when you can make it
quickly, it can be considered as fast food, even if it is as simple as an omelette. So, can we consider fast
food healthy? The answer is, absolutely you can. But, are all fast food healthy? The answer is no. This is
the reason why some people thinking fast food is a junk food.

Some people do not like fast food that much. Some of them can even be called as anti fast food person.
They don’t like fast food because they believe that fast food is not healthy for our body. The cooking
process is one of the reasons why they believe that it is actually not good. Some people believe that it
takes more than several minutes to cook a proper food. This quick process of fast food making seems to
good to be true for some people that they believe that the food might be undercooked or, if they force
it to be done quickly by exposing it to extreme heat, it has lost its nutrient. Therefore, consuming it is
not healthy.

The smell, taste and the look of fast food is believed to be too appealing for some people that they are
so certain it contains unnatural ingredient which can be dangerous for the body. There have been some
viral stories where some people conducted a self-administered experiments on some fast food product
with the finding that the product stays the same as the first day they bought it in a fast food restaurant
after being kept for more than a month.

Both bad and good sides of fast food have been presented in this discussion. You can take any
information in this text to help you consider your action towards the existence of fast food in our
society. The fact that some people love fast food and some others hate it makes this to be a never
ending debate, but your action is completely your choice.
