Bangalore as a landlord of premises situated at No. 77, 5 th Cross, 5th Main, Ganesha
Colony,Nandini Layout, Bangalore and you are my monthly tenant in respect of the
premises no: 77, Suitated at Ganesh Colony, Nandini Layout, Bangalore at monthly rent of
Rs.16,500/- I have to state as under:

Please take notice that your term of tenancy expires on 31 st day of January 2021.
You are therefore required to quit and deliver up quite and peaceful possession of the said
house to me.
