We are the Grade 12 taking up Accountancy, Business and Management of Rosales

National High School would like to conduct a feasibility study entitled “FABulous”, in
partial fulfillment of the requirements for the subject Inquires, Investigation and
Immersion.

This study seeks to determine the feasibility putting up FABulous as business in selling a
textile in the community of Rosales, Pangasinan.

In this regard, can we have an honor to request a permission to allow us, to distribute
our questionnaire to the respondents that are involved in the study. The data may
gather of the researchers will be used as basis in the study.
