Forms must be dispatched through Courier Service addressing to Controller Exam, In addition to the instruction given in the Examination Form, the following instruction may also be strictly followed, 1. The rubber stamps of the College / Institute / ‘Technology and Morning / evening are to be affixed at the extreme left corner on top and bottom of the Examination Forms. 2. ‘The candidates are directed to write down their allotted registration number of the Board and Technology on both the respective portion of the Examination forms legibly. 3. The candidate be specially directed to attach allied documents relating to migration / change of Examination Centre and any other such issue along with Examination form. 4. Recent photographs must be pasted on the Examination form. 5. No relaxation in the prescribe fee in any case shall be entertained. }Page No.02 6. The candidates appearing in this examination are essentially required to attached copies of their Registration Slips previous Mark Sheet of 1° year mark sheet, else the Board shall be constrained to withhold their admit cards. The consolidated result of such candidates will not be finalized. 7. The candidates should fill their Examination Forms in their own hand writing legibly in capital letters in accordance with particulars of their registration in order to avoid any subsequent complications or problems. 8. Proper vigilance, checking and scrutiny of the Forms is the primary responsibility of the Institute which is again emphasized to ensure the dispatch of the Examination forms complete in all respect and without any discrepancy in their behalf. 9.
