➢ Site survey at Insee THIV plant to catch up the scope of works.
Khào sát tại nhà máy Insee Thị Vải để nắm rõ phạm vi công việc
➢ Provide design and supply 6 new vertical fly ash silo 200 ton (
using volume ).
Thiết kế + cung cấp 6 silo chứa tro bay 200 ton ( thể tích sử dụng ).
➢ Scope of supply for new silo including : steel part, steel support, air
aeration/air pads aroung silo to aerate dry fly ash to buffer chamber
for pumping purpose to new feed bin 30 t ( Insee will supply manual
slide gate, rotary valves/flow control valve under cone section of
new silos to chambers, chambers and bag filters all top of silo ) ,
pressure balance valve…….
Phạm vị cung cấp 6 silo đứng chứa tro bay bao gồm : phần thép của
silo, chân đỡ silo, hệ thống sut khí xung quanh silo để phục cho việc
rút tro bay dưới đáy silo đến buồng đệm cho mục đích bơm tro bay (
Insee sẽ cung cấp valve tay, valve xoay dưới đáy các silo mới,
buồng đệm, lọc bụi trên đỉnh silo ), thiết bị cân bằng áp…..
Activities
➢ Design and manufacture meet TCVN
Thiết kế + chế tạo silo theo TCVN
➢ Inspected/verifed for Design and welding testing by government
authorized third party.
Thiết kế, kiểm tra các mối hàn ghép được kiểm định bởi đơn vị kiểm
định độc lập, có chức năng hành nghề cho kiểm định theo quy định
của Việt Nam.
➢ Supply description calculation documents of design.
Cung cấp thuyết minh tính toán thiết kế.
➢ Fabrication, Installation walkways, stairs, Platforms and handrailing
for new silos following to Insee standard Design Criteria (StDC).
Gia công, lắp đặt lối đi, cầu thang, sàn thao tác, lan can cho lối đi
dọc theo silo chứa theo tiêu chuẩn của Insee.
➢ Cooperate with Insee manufacture department for equipment
connection
Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất nhà máy để kết nối thiết bị,

 ➢ Perform commissioning and hand over job to plant
Thực hiện chạy thử và bàn giao thiết bị cho nhà máy

• Welding, grinding machines, cutting machines, sets of oxy-acetylene, lift gear tc…
Equipment Máy hàn, máy mài, máy cắt bộ oxy-acetylen, thiết bị nâng hạ…

• All above document shall be provided in 3 sets of hard copy and 2 set of CD
for soft copy. All drawings shall be in Autocad 2010 format.
Tất cả tài liệu được cung cấp thành 3 bảng và copy thành 2 CD/USB 2.0.
