CHICKEN FAJITA PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

Chicken boneless 200grams

Black pepper powder 1tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Salt as required
Lemon 1
Capsicum as required
Tomatoes as required
Onion as required
Pizza dough ingredients
Flour 1 kg
Dry milk 4 tbsp
Yeast 1tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil 4 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Butter 50 grams
Pizza paste ingredients
Tomato ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oregano ½ tsp

METHOD
To make chicken filling mix 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp crushed red chili, salt, 1 lemon and
200 grams boneless chicken Julian.

Now add capsicum, onion and tomatoes and keep aside.

To make dough mix 1kg flour, 4 tbsp dry milk, 1 tsp yeast, 1 egg, 4 tbsp ol, 2 cups of
water and 50 grams butter in a bowl.

Now to make pizza pate mix ½ kg tomato, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp sugar and ½ tsp
oregano in a bowl.

When dough is read pour pizza paste on it and then place chicken filling.

Top pizza with cheddar cheese and keep in oven to bake

Delicious chicken fajita pizza is ready to serve
