1. What do you do to stay fit? or What type of workout do you prefer?


Nothing, but I’d like to start exercising to maintain a good state of health, strength and
resistance training

Yeah, get to have a well-developed body.
3. Do you know any type of exercises to strengthen the core?
Sit-ups, sit-ups are very good I recommend them.
4. Do you know any upper body exercises?
Deadweight, excellent biceps push-ups for beginners.
5. How about lower body exercises?
Although exercises for the lower body are more difficult since those muscles take longer to
grow.
6. Do you prefer weight lifting or cardio vascular workout?
Weight lifting to build strength but also helps improve cardiovascular health.

Hello I am from Uruguay I am Federico Martínez I am 26 years old, the mention that he likes

to do exercises all week and that he dedicates 1 to 2 hours a day since it is the most

recommended to be able to perform a good exercise routine. As long as you are accompanied

by a good diet and rest the 8 hours of sleep, and after that you feel with very good energy to

be able to perform all your daily tasks for the rest of the day. In addition, Federico also said he
