TO : ALL PERSONS, NATURAL OR JURADICAL,

WHO ARE OWNERS OF SHIPYARDS AND / OR SHIP
REPAIRYARDS

SUBJECT : EXTENDING THE PERIOD FOR REGISTRATION AND

LICENSING OF SHIPYARDS AND/OR SHIP REPAIR
YARDS UP TO OCTOBER 30,1976.

Pursuant to the same authority under Memorandum Circular No. 7 dated

July 30,1976, there is hereby granted a thirty (30) day extension period for registration
and licensing of ship yard and/or ship repair yards reckoned from September 30,1976.
Thereafter , no shipyard or ship repair yard shall be allowed to operate , without the
Certificate of Registration and license having been secured from the Maritime Industry
Authority.

Strict compliance is hereby enjoyed.
