We have a global centralized support agreement for UPack. This is a combined support agreement for UPack, OPERA, and
PackML. The support agreement includes...

 24x7 over the phone support to E-Technologies at http://request.etech-group.com . The UPack log-in credentials are:

Username: pgpacksupport

Password: PGSupport

 Email: upacksupport@etech-group.com
 There is a maximum 90 min turn-around on calls.
 Normal business hours are between 8AM - 5PM EST.
 After hours support is available at a higher billing rate (paid by the central support agreement)
 Tech support is unavailable on the following blackout dates
o Easter (April 5, 2015)
o Thanksgiving (November 26, 2015)
o Christmas (December 25)
o New Year's Day (January 1)

Note: there is a 2 hour minimum charge to central engineering for each call, email, or web inquiry to Etech.
