Simple Present Tense

Lucas: Hey, Renjun, what do you think of this English assignment?

Renjun: Do you mean writing paper on the poem interpretation?

Lucas: Yeah, gosh, I hate this kind of assignment. I can never get poetry.

Renjum: Oh, Lucas, you need to dig deep. Get in touch with your soul.

Lucas: Shut it, Renjun. Ah, what am I going to do? Can I just copy your paper

Renjun: Of course, for Rp150.000.

Lucas: Gee, no, thank you. I’ll write the paper myself.

Renjun: Hahaha. Well, I can help you disecting the poem first, so you can understand it a
little bit better, and then you can try to write the paper yourself.

Lucas: You don’t mind to do that?

Renjun: Of course not. I’m free today anyway. I’m always free every Thursday
afternoon. We can do it in your place.

Present Continuous Tense

Uncle: What is going on here?? Why everything is a mess?

Dobby: I am building a castle, Uncle.

Uncle: With pillows and sheet? Do you need help?

Dobby: Yes!

Uncle: What kind of castle is this?

Dobby: It’s a castle for my family. I’m building it for my princess. She is staying with her
mom while I’m finishing our house

Uncle: Oh, do I know this princess of yours? Have I met her?

Dobby: I don’t think so. She’s my new classmate.

Uncle: Oh, okay. Well, Dobby, I’m thinking of making a room for your aunt and I in this
castle of yours. Can I do that?

Dobby: Sure, I’m working on it now. Your room is next to mine.
