2. As the Treasurer of the Association, the last financial statement

declared and submitted by the Association before the Housing and Land Use
Regulatory Board (HLURB) was for the year 2011, specifically dated
December 30, 2011;

3. From the year 2012 until December 2020, I certify that there have
been no funds being collected by the Association from the homeowners
hence, no financial statements were declared for and submitted by the
Association before the HLURB;

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts, and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
