A Tornado Destroyed Houses In Jember And Bali

residents' homes. The residents who live in the village of Jember, East Java, do not believe that
their house was destroyed by a tornado.

As aired on the V News Afternoon, Thursday (03/20/2014), When the incident took place, the
residents ran to save themselves. "The wind was very strong, we all ran out of the house because
the roof and the roof scattered," said one resident. Residents whose homes were destroyed were
forced to flee to the homes of neighbors whose homes survived a tornado. The incident caused a
loss of up to tens of millions of rupiah.

Meanwhile, a whirlwind knocked down electric poles and a number of large trees on Jalan

"The strong winds knocked down the outer temple fence and flew the roof," said one resident.

According to BMKG Region III Denpasar, Bali, the strong winds that occur in Bali are called
'gusty' winds which have a speed of 34 knots per hour.
