Over the age of 25 Associate, Bachelor's, Master's,

& Doctorate Degrees
Residents of
Seneca, Yates, or Licenses or Certifications of any kind
Eastern Ontario counties
TASC Programs
Enrolled in an educational
program by September 30th Childcare, transportation, laptop,
printer, program materials, etc.
