Holly Magiera and Ihave worked together for four years at Twin Rivers Charter School. Ihave had the
opportunity to work closely with Holly. The school culture here at TRCS has diverse mix of children,
The students wide range of abilities demand a myriad of teaching stategis. Language acquisition 8
huge focus for second language learners, with thorough instruction delivered throughout the school day
In this positon, she has proven herself to be hardworking, and reliable.
Helly worked closely with our team, observing, teaching, and astesing students, She connects her
lessons and standards appropriate for her grade level and practices ways o differentiate he instruction to
‘meet the needs of her diverse learners. Holly is also instrumental in planaing small group snd whole
_roup instruction. She is diligent in checking for understanding throughout each lesson she implements
She has developed succesful classroom management skills by being firm, yet ir. She has developed
relationships not only with students in the cas, but with othr staff members and teachers as well. Holly
is always eager and willing to lea new and imovative ways to teach our students, and enjoys
