Potential price increase from management.

Due to the harsh operating conditions the industry is facing with

increased diesel costs and the devaluation of the naira, certain price
changes will be made for products. The prices of oxygen products will
increase from the 7th of April 2022. The new prices are as follows:

Office --- 6 m3 --- # 4,200

10 m3 ---# 6,200

Truck --- 6 m3 --- # 4,700

10 m3 ---# 6,700
