1. I am a currently the Barangay Kagawad of Barangay Upi, Gamu,

Isabela;

2. I personally know the respondent, CPL LONDON LONGAWIS (Inf) PA,

he is a member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and wazs stationed at
Gamu, Isabella;

3. I likewise know the complainant, CPL Sheryl M. Sibbay (Inf) PA, she
was introduced to me by CPL LONDON LONGAWIS (Inf) PA as his wife;

4. I also witnessed that they lived together as husband and wife for more
than three (3) years because I always see them together and often visit them in
their boarding house located in our Barangay;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts

2. I personally kwon CPL London W. Longawis (Inf) PA because he was

my tenant since March 2021;

3. On April 2021, CPL London W. Longawis (Inf) PA introduce to me CPL

Sheryl M. Sibbay (Inf) PA as his wife and they lived together in a rented room
since April 2021 to October 2021 until CPL London W. Longawis (Inf) PA left
because he was transferred at CAMP ALLEN, Baguio City;

4. I’ve also witnessed also how CPL Sheryl M. Sibbay (Inf) PA suffered
from emotional distress when CPL London W. Longawis (Inf) PA decided to end
their relationship without any valid reason at all;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever purposes it may serve.

3. That I’ve witnessed how CPL Sheryl M. Sibbay (Inf) PA love CPL
London Longawis (Inf) PA and respecter her ever since the start of their
relationship;

4. That I’ve witness also how CPL Sheryl M. Sibbay suffered from mental
and emotional anguish when CPL London W. Longawis decided to end their
relationship without reasonable expalanation;
