My opinion for this even though she cheated to
win, she still had good achievements and helped in
her position before, Arroyo filed over 400 bills and
authored or sponsored 55 laws during her tenure as
senator, including the Anti-Sexual Harassment Law,
the Indigenous People's Rights Law, and the Export
Development Act. and these are some of the good
things he has done. and President Arroyo also
formally launched P3-billion universal health
insurance coverage that would provide either free or
subsidized hospitalization and other medical
assistance to government and private sector
employees and indigent families.
