Case 1: Group 1

Mrs. X is 54 years old, has a history of hypertension since 5 years ago. The patient
complains of dizziness, vomiting, palpitations, heavy breathing. The patient was fully
conscious but complained of pain in the head and a weakness in the left limb. After
measuring the blood pressure, the results were 200/120 mmHg. Mrs. X decided to be
hospitalized in the internal medicine unit.

Case 2: Group 2

Mr. S is 47 years old, has Diabetes Mellitus (DM) since 3 years ago. The patient has a
gangrenous wound on the right dorsalis pedis. Laboratory tests revealed that the GDS
was 350 mg / dL. The patient said his mother and older sister also had a history of DM.

Case 3: Group 3

R is a girl, age 8 years old, had diarrhea and vomiting since yesterday. The child was
treated in the hospital with an infectious disease and was given an infusion of 0.9%
NaCl 15 drops / min. R looks pale, weak, and has no appetite. The mother said that
every time she was given food or drink, R would refused because her stomach feel hurt
when filled with food or drink. Vital signs: pulse = 115 x/ min, respiration = 20 x/ min,
blood pressure = 100/75 mmHg. Physical examination: eyes look sunken, face pale,
skin feels dry, capillary refill > 2 seconds, fast bowel sounds, and R complains of pain in
the stomach.

Case 4: Group 4

Mrs. P, 25 years old, was hospitalized due to nausea and vomiting. The patient said that
she is pregnant for the first time. Her pregnancy now is 3 months. The patient said her
head felt dizzy and spinning. Nausea and vomiting always appear both in the morning
and evening and the patient has difficulty eating and drinking because he feels
nauseous every time he eats or drinks. The patient appears pale and fatigue.
