expanding rapidly and hiring Payroll Specialists. We are looking for people who can thrive in this fast-
paced office environment and ensure the success of our mechanics in the field.

The Payroll Specialist will have quick and accurate data entry skills and be able to analyze problems
and develop creative solutions. You must be highly organized with a positive outlook. Excellent oral
and written communications skills are a must. If you have 2 years’ experience in a payroll position
and/or knowledge of ADP this is the job for you.

JOB DUTIES/TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
 Compute employee wages and deductions and enter into payroll system.
 Review, verify, and reconcile hours worked, pay adjustments, and other pay-related
information, and post information onto designated records.
 Organize, secure, and maintain, and archive employee payroll records and files in accordance
with policies and procedures.
