6.4 OP panel software update Main board replacement

6.4.1 C-arm unit covers removal, attachment

(1) Turn off the system.

(2) Remove the power cable from the power supply.

(3) Remove screws that fix the C-arm rear cover, and put off the cover backward, direction of the
arrow in the drawing below. Screws are at both right and left sides.

(4) Remove screws that fix the C-arm front cover. Screws are at both right and left sides.

(5) Remove screws that fix the cable guard at the C-arm front cover. Screws are at both right and
left sides. Put off the C-arm front cover forward a little, and remove the cable guard upward,
direction of the arrow in the drawing below.

(6) Put off the C-arm front cover forward, direction of the arrow in the drawing below.

(7) Remove screws that fix the C-arm top cover. Screws are at both right and left sides.

(8) Loosen screws that fix the C-arm handle, and put off the handle upward.

(9) Attach covers after OP touch panel software update and Main board replacement.

6.4.2 Update the Software of OP panel

(1) OP touch panel is at the backside of front cover. Set the dip switch of OP touch panel as
drawing below.

Factory default Set as this during this modification

(2) Insert supplied parts of USB memory to the USB port on OP touch panel.

(3) Turn on the C-arm unit after connect the power cable to the power supply.

(4) Windows CE boot up. Language is Korean.

(5) Double click the icon in the photo below.

(6) Double click “Flash Disk” icon in the photo below.

(7) Double click “Run” icon in the photo below.

(8) Click “Edit”, and select “Copy”.

(9) Click “Edit”, and select “Paste”.

(10) “Run” folder is copied (backuped).

(11) Click Back button and go back to the display of (6), and click the icon in the photo below.

(12) Double click “SXT-2000A_OPTouch_1.1.21.4710” folder in USB memory.

(13) “SXT-2000A_OPTouch_1.1.21.4710” folder is displayed.

(14) Click “Edit”, and select “Select All”.

(21) Turn off the C-arm unit after the file copy.

(22) Remove the USB memory.

(23) Set the dip switch as factory default, with referring (1)

(24) Turn on the C-arm unit.

(25) Press mode button after the C-arm unit boot up.

(26) Press service mode button.

(27) Configuration password window is displayed. Enter the password of “1234”.
